Cancellation policy

Patch Club is a monthly membership. You're charged $6.99 when you join and every month after until you cancel. Each paid month you choose one patch you've unlocked in the Scout app; we make it and mail it to you free within the US.

Cancel, pause or skip anytime from your account (Manage membership in the Scout app). Cancelling stops future charges and doesn't refund a month already charged. A month you've paid for but haven't picked stays yours to pick for 12 months from its charge date, even after you cancel.

If a payment fails we retry it 3 times, 7 days apart; if it still fails, the membership is cancelled. Questions: alan@scout-patches.com
